Job Title: Digital Experience Architect

Experience the Future of Digital Solutions

Fidelity’s Workplace Digital Experience (WDX) team is seeking a seasoned digital solution architect to drive the next generation of cross-channel shared digital experiences for external customers, internal associates, and client agents. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in integrating business and technical teams to modernize and transform digital capabilities within Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services product.

The resulting experience, available on both web and mobile platforms, will cater to millions of customers as they invest assets, build wealth, and achieve their goals. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your expertise to influence product roadmaps, recommending strategies that align with business objectives.

The Essential Skills You Bring
  • Proven experience in architecting and building high-performing internet-facing platforms aligned with architecture blueprints and technical standards, ensuring security remains paramount.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing and consuming APIs using technologies such as Federated GraphQL, Spring Boot, Java, and Open Policy Agent.
  • Contribution to defining and documenting architectural patterns, standards, and blueprints, along with evaluating proposed solutions based on their alignment to these established guidelines.
  • A deep understanding of the business domain, enabling you to become a trusted partner to product leadership, influencing strategic decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with engineering teams, providing consultation and technical guidance when required.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating seamless collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

For this role, we are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in this field.
