Job Summary">

We are seeking an experienced Senior Stress Analysis Mechanical Engineer to lead our piping stress analysis team in Dublin. As a key member of our mechanical department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of piping stress analysis, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead piping stress analysis for multiple concurrent projects
  • Perform detailed stress analysis of piping systems using CAESAR II, including static and dynamic loads, thermal expansion, pressure, and support conditions
  • Conduct piping stress calculations to verify and support computer-based analysis and define relevant load cases
  • Determine piping loads on vessels, structures, and equipment
  • Ensure all stress analysis complies with relevant client specifications and industry codes such as ASME B31.3 and ISO 13480
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in mechanical/piping stress analysis, with significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or process industries
  • Expertise in CAESAR II software for piping stress analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including ASME B31.3, ISO 13480, and other relevant design standards for pharmaceutical and biotech industry
  • Proven experience designing and analyzing piping systems in regulated industries
