Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to drive the HR agenda, providing insight and guidance to management teams.

About The Role

  • Manage onboarding and employee life-cycle requirements across various sites.
  • Work with colleagues to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct site visits to support employees and ensure a home-from-home environment for residents.
  • Provide advice and guidance on all HR matters to nursing home managers.
  • Oversee policy development, health and safety, HR compliance, training, and employment law matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and best practice in policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and grievances.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
