We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our retail team as Sales Assistants, helping deliver exceptional shopping experiences for customers. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high visual and merchandising standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  2. Drive sales by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
  3. Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by keeping shop floors clean, well-stocked, and organized according to brand guidelines.
  4. Support overall store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  7. Maintain stock levels on shop floors and ensure shelves are well-organized and appealing.
  8. Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales target.
  2. Drive all additional KPIs, including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  3. Achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  5. Ensure all stock on shop floors is fully replenished.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrate a positive attitude towards fast-paced, customer-focused retail environments.
  2. Show an ability to view challenges as opportunities for growth and learning new skills.
  3. Possess confident interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in social situations through engagement with customers.
  4. Be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
