Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager, you will be responsible for:
  1. Managing complex projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  2. Providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  4. Mentoring junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A BSc/MSc degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 8 years of postgraduate QS experience, preferably with MSCSI status.
  3. Demonstrated experience in PQS/consultancy environments.
  4. Valid working rights within Ireland/EU.
