• To assist in the smooth running of the section, ensuring all aspects of service meet our expectations.
• Preparing ingredients to the required standard, minimizing wastage and adhering to HACCP specifications.
• Meticulously meeting special requests made by guests, always striving to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in the hotel industry, preferably within the culinary sector.
• A genuine interest in food at all levels, with a passion for delivering exceptional quality.
• Familiarity with HACCP regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English (oral and written).
• The ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
