Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Health Assessment Specialist to join our team at Bluecrest Wellness. As a Health Assessment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to conduct various health assessments, including but not limited to PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy, Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests.

You will be responsible for greeting customers, updating administration records, and providing advice on further testing as necessary. You will also have the opportunity to gain qualifications in Phlebotomy and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a real willingness to learn and take on new skills. You will also need to have a full UK License, access to a car, and be living within the correct distance of the regional location of the role.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct health assessments, including PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy, Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests.
  • Greet customers and provide advice on further testing as necessary.
  • Update administration records and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
  • Full UK License and access to a car.
  • Ability to work Monday to Sunday on a rota-basis.
  • IT literate.
  • Clear DBS (processed on behalf of Bluecrest Wellness).
  • Living within the correct distance of the regional location of the role.
