Job Overview
">- You will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will encompass building and leading a high-performing team, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for manufacturing processes, providing guidance to teams and coaching to junior staff.
- Oversight of facility design, construction, and qualification to ensure seamless integration with existing operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; master's level qualifications are advantageous.
- No less than 15 years of experience in cGMP biological manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of managing and/or leading functional and project teams.
- Hands-on experience across both upstream and downstream manufacturing activities.
