About This RoleWe seek a skilled Business/Delivery Lead to spearhead the expansion of our GenAI and marketing transformation capabilities. This role demands leadership in client delivery, management of business operations, and support for go-to-market initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing automation and transformation projects
- Collaborate with clients to define opportunities, execution plans, and commercial models
- Oversee project teams to ensure high-quality, on-time outputs that meet commercial standards
- Facilitate cross-functional workstream integration, including GenAI, strategy, and Labs demos
- Monitor engagement KPIs-revenue, client satisfaction, reuse of assets, profitability
The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Senior Manager or equivalent in MarTech/Marketing Transformation delivery. They should be comfortable balancing commercial metrics with client and team delivery. Strong stakeholder management capability-executive-level interfaces, operational efficiency focus-propose and implement delivery improvements, and ability to coordinate technical, design, and copy teams in integrated delivery are also essential.

- Replicable assets built and reused across projects
- Positive profitability and margin contribution
Candidates will collaborate closely with the GenAI Strategist, Labs Lead, technical teams, and leadership.
