We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Care Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to provide high-quality care to animal patients and support veterinary surgeons in a dynamic hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will be a key member of the nursing team, providing compassionate care to patients and their owners, and supporting veterinary surgeons during consultations and surgical procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent nursing care to animal patients
- Assisting veterinarians during consultations and surgical procedures
- Monitoring anesthesia
- Administering medications and treatments
- Performing diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, urinalysis)
- Taking radiographs
- Preparing animals for surgery
- Maintaining accurate patient records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong educational background as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) and registration with the Veterinary Council of Ireland (VCI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A genuine passion for animal care
