About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Executive. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert guidance on insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to customers in managing their motor, household, and van insurance policies
  • Liaise with insurance companies to resolve customer queries and instructions
  • Process insurance policies in accordance with compliance standards and GDPR regulations
  • Manage customer payments and maintain accurate records
  • Engage in high-level customer communication, primarily through inbound calls and occasionally outbound calls
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven approach
  • Strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • APA Qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland or equivalent experience
