Job Description

Drive Innovation and Growth as a Technology Leader

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to manage the full lifecycle of software development for our flagship communications product suite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth through strategic leadership and technical expertise.

As a technology leader, you will own product development delivery, representing Employee Communications Engineering across the wider Product & Technology organization. You will lead teams of engineers, ensuring sound development discipline, efficiency, and quality. Your role will also involve collaborating with management and other teams to develop a culture of continuous improvement (process and technical).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in managing large, complex enterprise environments and leading teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that delight customers.
  • Strong knowledge of agile software development, infrastructure operations, and quality assurance practices and principles.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevSecOps model.
  • Proven success in managing software development teams responsible for building and operating a large-scale SaaS platform.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required.
  • 15+ years of engineering leadership experience with people management responsibilities.
