Biotech Production Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing team.

This role requires a deep understanding of biotech production processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing specialist teams, and preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

A key aspect of this role is implementing a contamination-free program, working to the highest safety standards, and supporting safety initiatives.

Additionally, the selected candidate will interface with other departments, lead process improvements, and prepare manufacturing data for review.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a 3rd-level qualification in Life Sciences and 8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing within the Biopharma industry, as well as 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, reviewed, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage aspects of operations, including leading, motivating, and managing specialist teams.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Track relevant metrics to ensure operations are performing effectively and efficiently.
