Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Operations Manager to lead the delivery of quality projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and coordinating site operations, including setting out, surveys, and quality control.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Reporting to senior management on all aspects of project engineering, including Health & Safety compliance and Quality Assurance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar position, preferably within Irish construction sites.
  • Engineering Degree required or Construction Management qualification, with knowledge of construction techniques and competency in all aspects of setting out and surveying.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent IT skills, with good knowledge of MS Office and experience with construction management software.
  • A good understanding of Irish construction regulations and legislation, particularly Health & Safety requirements.
  • Full Irish Driving Licence, with clean driving record.
