Job Title: Air Exports Coordinator

The role of an Air Export Coordinator involves coordinating the exports of air freight, working closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment bookings from departure to arrival. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Security.

  • Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, haulage agents, and airlines to coordinate shipment bookings and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage export customs clearance and invoicing processes, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Apply knowledge of GDP and Aviation Security to ensure compliance and quality in all operational and administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to coordinate operational and administrative processes within the Air Freight division.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in air freight export operations.
  • Knowledge and experience of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Cargo Security.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
