We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing function for a high-end property in Castlebar.

The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, grow engagement across all channels, and ensure a strong presence in the local and national hospitality market.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content, photography, video, and promotional materials.
• Manage the website and ensure it is optimized for user experience and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales, F&B, and events teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or tourism sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Meta, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in content creation and brand storytelling.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
