Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Test Lead / Manager to lead a high-profile greenfield project for a prominent multinational client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective test strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience compiling and driving test strategies for projects involving MS D365 F&O ERP (including Power Platform experience).
- Extensive knowledge of Supply/Financials, Sales & Purchase Orders, Inventory, Distribution, and Reporting, covering the end-to-end lifecycle for ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of RAID and ability to identify potential risks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site for at least three days a week and willingness to assume hands-on responsibilities during peak activity periods (planning and execution).
- Experience with automation frameworks is desirable but not essential.
