At our Subway store, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
  • Support the manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Motivate the team by challenging them to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
  • E nsure that the store is operating in line with Subway standards, policies, and procedures.

We are looking for an ideal candidate who has previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role, has a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoys interacting with customers.
