Full time Educator Position

Choice Childcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position in a dynamic childcare setting where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive preschool program that aligns with the principles of Siolta and Aistear. You will work closely with colleagues to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of children.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Fetac Level 5 qualification and experience working with children aged 2-5 years. You will be expected to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children, using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
This role offers a competitive salary of €16.28 per hour (Level 7 or above) or €14 per hour (Level 5/6), dependent on qualifications and experience. You will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement a comprehensive preschool program that aligns with the principles of Siolta and Aistear.

- Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and children through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
