We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team in Ophthalmology. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable hospital in Cork, Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered General Nurse with NMBI
  • Up-to-date knowledge in best practice for issues relating to Ophthalmology
  • Ophthalmology experience
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Well-developed leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Computer skills
