As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our international testing operations.

Job Summary

This position involves working in a non-clean room environment, adhering to strict laboratory rules and regulations. You will be responsible for preparing lab jobs for testing, processing incoming jobs and products, and promptly reporting any discrepancies or issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all lab jobs to proceed to test.
  • Process incoming jobs and/or products according to schedule.
  • Promptly report any non-conforming jobs and/or products.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete to test a job.
  • Perform tests within the department(s).
  • Monitor test output, including chambers.
  • Compile, review, update, and improve reports.
  • Adhere to all aspects of GDP.
  • Assist with laboratory investigations.
  • Coordinate daily work activities within the lab environment.
  • Track and report deliverables.
  • Assist with Continuous Improvement projects as required.
  • Report any testing discrepancies to Customer Services.
  • Ensure compliance with internal Quality procedures and SOPs.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Report any unsafe conditions immediately and ensure compliance to H&S processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent social interaction skills with customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Education Degree:

Bachelor's Degree in Science.
