We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Transformation Specialist to drive strategic change initiatives within a leading medical device manufacturer.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business transformation methodologies, tools, and frameworks that support various organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to design and refine business transformation strategies tailored to the organization's needs.
- Develop and integrate business transformation tools and frameworks that support operational excellence, process improvement, and change management.
- Ensure effective deployment of business transformation tools across departments.
- Provide guidance on best practices for tool usage and continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build internal capacity for business transformation.
- Support trainers in mastering business transformation methodologies and tools, enabling them to coach and guide their teams.
- Establish and facilitate a Community of Practice (CoP) for business transformation practitioners within the organization.
- Act as a change agent, providing expertise and support to leaders and teams in driving business transformation effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing and implementing business transformation methodologies and tools.
- Strong background in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Operational Excellence practices.
- Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a Community of Practice.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
