Dynamic Customer Service Assistant

The successful candidate will drive service excellence by building and developing member relationships, taking ownership and responding to members queries. This role involves providing information to prospective members regarding the Club facilities and services, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve company service and support to our members.

You will be assisting in the efficient day-to-day operations of the club, promoting the company brand and supporting the Anytime Fitness Club to achieve its goals. You will communicate with prospects/members by phone, email and in person, providing accurate information regarding the club's facilities, services and policies.

Key responsibilities include recruiting new prospects/members in order to achieve set targets, assisting with local community outreach activities, corporate visits and presentations. You will work with the team to develop the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.

Additional duties include ensuring compliance with health, safety, legal and HR requirements while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality. The role also involves providing group exercise classes, personal trainer inductions to new and existing members, exercise assistance on gym floor and Inbody assessments.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • EQF Level 3 or RQF Level 2 Fitness instructor certificate, or equivalent.
  • Target driven with some fitness experience.
  • Fantastic people skills.
  • Enjoy working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Computer savvy and have some knowledge of the industry.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Proactive.
  • Great influencer.
  • Passionate about fitness.
