About the Role

The Paid Social Media Specialist will play a critical role in our internal digital agency, driving D2C sales online and enhancing brand awareness through strategic social media initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies for the year, projecting results and outlining key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create a list of industry average benchmarks in each market to evaluate the performance of our social media campaigns. Monitor key metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to assess the effectiveness of our strategies.
  • Develop and segment target audiences for each stage of the funnel, conduct audience testing, and continuously optimize targeting to maximize brand reach and conversions.
  • Prepare regular social media reports, providing insights and analysis on key metrics, campaign performance, and audience engagement.
  • Manage social media ad scheduling for a variety of brands, ensuring effective budget allocation and campaign delivery across various platforms.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on ads scheduled by other team members to ensure all ads meet the optimal standards in terms of content, targeting, and performance.
