**About Our Client:**
Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to join their Clinical Development team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and experience working in clinical trials, clinical operations, and clinical development.
About the Job:
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or University degree (scientific or health-related field preferred) and 5 years of clinical research experience or relevant experience in a scientific or health-related field; or an advanced degree.
- A minimum of 5 years clinical trial experience with a strong working knowledge of the clinical research process is required.
- Demonstrated technical and process expertise in clinical trial development is essential, including understanding the drug development process and interdependencies of various tasks and functional groups.
- Strong communication skills are necessary, with the ability to communicate effectively up and down in an organization and maintain confidentiality with respect to strategic and personnel matters.
- Proven ability to coach others is essential, as well as strong people and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence and lead across clinical functions.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and negotiation skills are necessary, as well as strong self-management and organizational skills.
- The ideal candidate must be capable of managing staff virtually and across borders and cultures, demonstrating an understanding of cultural differences.
- Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable, as is global clinical trial experience and prior experience with the management of business plans.
