Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders, using your knowledge of business processes and data to assess requirements and deliver recommendations to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP systems and experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders by analyzing business requirements and developing data-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for SAP solution implementation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of business requirements and process flows.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that solutions meet user requirements and are delivered on time.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
