Effective Accounts Management is crucial for a successful business. As an experienced and ambitious professional, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, ensuring seamless financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process large volumes of supplier invoices for all business entities
  • Manage the Purchase Ledger efficiently
  • Establish effective relationships with suppliers
  • Address supplier queries promptly
  • Investigate and resolve any invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Assist in processing payment runs and EFT payments
  • Deal with Sub Contractors RCT effectively
  • Perform thorough supplier reconciliations
  • Review month-end PL reports and resolve related queries accurately

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent numeracy and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
