Job Title: Finishing Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale construction sites, overseeing sub-contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.">
  • Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, including health and safety procedures.">
  • Develop and implement plans to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.">
  • Support and manage project teams to achieve agreed-upon production targets.">
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.">
  • Highly organized and able to maintain accurate records.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.">
