Key Responsibilities- Supporting service users with daily plans and routines
- Providing community-based support and assistance
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and service users
You will be expected to adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
RequirementsNo formal qualification is required for the Assistant Support Worker role, although training will be provided. For the Social Care Worker role, a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant life experience is also desirable but not essential.
A full driver's licence is required for both roles.
