Research Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering on the centre's work plan, building its visibility by identifying and applying for funding, conducting policy analysis and research on barriers to inclusion in higher education, and managing various research projects aimed at understanding and addressing these barriers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, quantitative and qualitative research skills, and the ability to build a collaborative environment where policy, practice, and research can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver on the centre's work plan, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Identify and apply for funding opportunities to enhance the centre's visibility and resources.
  • Conduct policy analysis and research on barriers to inclusion in higher education, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage various research projects, coordinating with stakeholders and experts to achieve project goals.
