As a vital part of our Engineering organization, you will coordinate and direct all activities associated with maintenance, continuous improvement, and reliability excellence.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating effectively with site stakeholders, overseeing daily maintenance operations, and managing a team of skilled craft technicians, maintenance technicians, and apprentices within our high-potency API facility.

You will be entrusted with ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for safety, quality, and the environment, promoting equipment uptime improvements through our site reliability excellence initiative, and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement programs.

In embracing the principles of a high-performance culture, you will play a critical role in training, coaching, developing, and proactively managing individual team members and the overall maintenance team to achieve personal and organizational success in a lean maintenance environment.

To excel in this position, you will possess excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to motivate and coach others to achieve results.

You will also have a demonstrated track record of analyzing information from diverse stakeholder perspectives and drawing accurate conclusions to support timely decision-making.

Furthermore, you will need to plan, prioritize, and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables, liaise and coordinate with site third-party maintenance providers, and have an in-depth understanding of equipment design features and operation.

In addition, experience in applying Lean Six Sigma tools to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement within your workgroup is essential, as well as budget management experience to ensure targets for the maintenance area are achieved.

A comprehensive knowledge of GMP/EHS guidelines and legislation, plant maintenance systems (e.g., SAP), and the ability to 'Invent for Life' in all that we do, keeping the patient at the heart of our endeavors, will also be valuable assets.
