Relief Chef Position

We are currently seeking skilled relief chefs to join our team in Roscrea and surrounding areas. This opportunity offers a flexible working arrangement with part-time and full-time positions, including weekends and weekdays.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to commute within Waterford and nearby locations.

  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard
  • Assist in stock management and quality control
  • Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
  • Practice exceptional communication skills within the team and lead by example

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Chef qualification
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy kitchen or catering environment
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
  • Passion for food and outstanding service skills
