The role of Senior Program Manager is a key position within the organisation, requiring strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external customers and suppliers
  • Develop and implement project schedules and plans
  • Maintain business control and monitoring processes
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards
  • Lead site operations, assuming responsibility for manufacturing programs

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively represent the client at program management reviews.

This position involves escalating any known issues and/or contributing to the development of the supplier, while maintaining an effective Management Information System supported by agreed metrics and governance process.

Requirements:
  • Provide regular management information reports to support decision-making and contribute to Tier 1 senior reviews
  • Serve as the primary interface point for supplier representatives
  • Represent the supplier at Engineering and Program change boards as required

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
