About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing staff queries, rosters, annual leave, payroll, ID's, stock, uniforms, training, recruitment, and other duties assigned.
  • Dealing with all staff-related issues and managing RCO's/PSM's.
  • Providing cover for the General Manager as required.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Dublin base performance and KPI's.
  • Analysing and investigating delays and implementing fixes.
  • Compiling reports as required.
  • Managing Safety Reports and audit findings.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 5 years' experience in aviation management/supervisor level.
  • A thorough understanding of ground handling procedures and operations.
  • Ability to make quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
