Our team is responsible for delivering capital projects that enable the business to operate in well-maintained, safe and sustainable environments. This role plays a key part in achieving this objective by working as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a series of projects annually, each with varying complexity, to ensure timely delivery and within budget.
  • Assembling and managing design teams to carry out necessary work and provide relevant services for projects.
  • Managing stakeholders and providing timely reporting on project progress and issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and ESB policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • SafePass certification.
  • Strong experience in construction project management.
  • Ability to plan work to deadlines.
  • Experience with permit-to-work systems and risk assessments.
