German Customer Success Specialist Job Overview

The German Customer Success Specialist will be a key member of our team, responsible for driving the successful adoption of our secure solution among businesses of all sizes.

This is a dynamic and hybrid role based in Dublin, where you'll work with customers to ensure they get the most out of our product and feel supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Champion: Drive customer success through proactive problem-solving and technical expertise.
  • Technical Troubleshooter: Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to customers during onboarding and beyond.
  • Relationship Builder: Nurture long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for growth and partnership.
  • Initiative Supporter: Collaborate with support specialists to manage client relationships, timelines, and inquiries.
  • Process Tracker: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and use cases in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer success or CRM role within a SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, particularly secure platforms.
  • Expertise in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, including senior-level clients.
