We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Social Care Worker to join our team in New Ross. As a key member of our residential unit, you will work closely with the Deputy Social Care Manager and Manager to create a warm, accepting, and secure environment for the young people in your care.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day activities in the residential unit
- Collaboration with the team to deliver therapeutic residential services
About the Role: We are looking for an individual with a passion for working with vulnerable young people and their families. Your minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in a relevant field, combined with experience of working in a residential setting, will enable you to provide exceptional support and care to our service users.
