Trial Capabilities Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill an Associate/Sr Associate position in our Trial Capabilities department.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide clinical trial support to ensure the successful completion of clinical development projects.
- Evaluate investigator sites to ensure they meet requirements for enrolling study participants into clinical trials and providing ongoing support during site maintenance and close-out.
- Obtain clinical trial authorizations, ethical approvals, and conduct activities related to records management and site training.
- Ensure inspection readiness through the maintenance of a complete, accurate, and readily available Trial Master File.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a scientific or health-related field.
- Understanding of the overall clinical development paradigm and the importance of efficient site activation.
- Applied knowledge of project management processes and skills.
- Experience working in a compliance-driven environment.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-management and organizational skills.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
