Job Opportunity: Corporate Charities Lawyer

An international law firm in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a solicitor to join its highly regarded team specializing in governance, advisory and transactional work for leading charities, hospitals, universities and other bodies.

  • Provide legal advice on charity governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with charity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop and implement effective charity management strategies.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer looking to specialize in charity law. Prior experience is not required, but a genuine interest in and empathy for the charity sector is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent motivation and work ethic, and the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing legal advice on charity governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting with charity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Developing and implementing effective charity management strategies.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters, including corporate finance, tax, employment and property.

Requirements:
  • A LLB or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in charity law or a related field is desirable.
