Lead Electrical Supervisor Job

Suitable for senior electricians looking to advance their careers in a leadership role, this position involves overseeing the activities of personnel and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate personnel and subcontractor activities
  • Plan and oversee project timelines to meet requirements
  • Take responsibility for health and safety on site and lead by example
  • Coordinate labor, plant, machinery, and materials
  • Supervise site activity
  • Identify required materials and equipment
  • Ensure accurate execution of work according to plans and specifications
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Oversee coordination of subcontractor activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate (or equivalent) in electrical
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Knowledge of construction documentation with ability to interpret site drawings
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
