  • 3-5 years' experience in a senior operations or leadership role within hospitality, stadiums, hotels, catering, or large-scale events.
  • Proven ability to lead high-volume operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing resources.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • A flexible approach with availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
