Role Opportunity
  • Lead the development of products from strategy alignment to implementation ensuring we solve real user problems in ways that also drive business results.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities using data and user insights, working closely with cross-functional teams to make smart prioritization calls.
  • Define clear success metrics to ensure we're always focused on what matters most.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Design and Engineering to shape solutions write clear requirements and follow through on delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Customer Success to ensure products are not only shipped but adopted and impactful.

This is a role for someone who thrives on taking ownership, collaboration, and seeing their work create value for both customers and the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of product management experience ideally in digital market places or similar environments driving commercial outcomes.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership independently taking products from idea to launch and growth making prioritization calls and delivering measurable results.
  • User + commercial focus balancing user research with commercial insights to create products that grow adoption and revenue.
  • Hands-on product craft comfortable working closely with engineering and design diving into details while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  • Data-driven mindset confident using data to guide decisions test assumptions and measure impact.
  • Collaborative communicator able to build trust alignment and momentum across cross-functional teams.
  • Curious experimental and always looking for better ways to create value.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like SQL Tableau or Google Analytics.
