Job Role: Software Quality Assurance Specialist
Job DescriptionAs a member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies.
You will be responsible for designing and executing technical, functional, and non-functional tests, as well as providing analysis and reporting on test results.
Your expertise in software project life cycles, iterative development practices, and Test Management Tools will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and effective issue escalation.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in their work.
Required Skills and Experience:- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Experience with claims rules testing (Drools) is a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in JIRA and Confluence are essential.
- Experience in execution and monitoring of automation tests is an added advantage.
