About the Role

State Street is seeking a skilled Certificate Management Specialist to join its team. This role involves performing governance functions and delivering results within the Information Protection Management Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering, analyzing, and enriching data for scorecards and governance reporting related to DLP, Keys, Encryption, and Certificate Management.
  • Producing regular reporting on certificate management program governance to assess compliance with the Information Protection Standard.
  • Distributing reports to various committees, councils, and regulatory forums as required.
  • Engaging with teams across State Street and vendors to perform governance functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of certificate management, issuance, expiration, and revocation in a corporate environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive results, provide feedback, and manage relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
