About the Role

The Process Maintenance Manager oversees daily maintenance operations, prioritizing efficiency and safety. They coordinate routine inspections, emergency repairs, and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver results on time and right first time.
  • Identify and develop team members for future progression.
  • Foster a culture of compliance to all safety and quality regulations.
  • Implement Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives using lean tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Engineering.
  • Prior experience in Dairy/Food Process Engineering or extensive knowledge of Evaporators and Spray Dryers.

Critical Skills: Time management, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Work Environment: Dynamic plant shutdowns, fast-paced environment, heavy machinery operation.
