We are looking for a highly experienced High-Volume Manufacturing Lead to join our Cpl Healthcare team. As a seasoned production expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for managing the maintenance department, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and maximizing resources. You will also work closely with the Quality/Technical department to ensure that quality standards are met and take an active role in company-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delegating duties to shift managers
- Leading your supervisory team to achieve high performance through skills assessment, training, and feedback
- Managing the maintenance department to implement preventative maintenance programs and maximize resources
- Working closely with the Quality/Technical department to ensure that quality standards are met
- Taking an active role in company-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years' experience in injection molding medical device manufacturing and general manufacturing operations in a similar high-volume production environment.
