About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to lead our nursing team and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and clinical leadership to ensure effective, efficient, and quality-assured nursing care
- Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Perform spot checks and internal audits to identify areas for improvement
- Drive an environment of continuous improvement and best practice in the home

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience as an ADON or acting ADON
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Demonstrable clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines
