Job Description:

You will lead the development of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the design team to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients and in-house teams to deliver residential projects
  • Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and BIM software, ensuring accuracy and clarity for construction teams.
  • Ensuring designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conducting site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate conditions, and ensure design feasibility.
  • Identifying and resolving design or technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A relevant qualification in architecture or architectural technology and experience in large residential projects are preferred. Site experience is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously are required.
