Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team in a luxurious 5-star hotel.

In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and providing training on standard operating procedures and standards.

You will also ensure smooth arrival and departure procedures, handle reservations calls efficiently, and participate in regular meetings with the Head of Department.

Promoting the hotel and its services, maintaining accurate filing, and assisting with recruitment and training of new team members are also key responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Manager is essential.
  • A fresh perspective on the role and ability to support the team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office systems, preferably Opera, is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
