This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with solid campaign coordination skills and experience managing creative workflows, media planning, and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include coordinating B2B media campaigns, partnering with agencies to optimize performance, and supporting marketing partnerships.

  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure campaigns run on schedule
  • Liaise with finance and procurement teams to monitor budgets and ensure vendor payment accuracy
  • Work with content and social teams to support organic strategies and lead generation activities

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a marketing team or agency environment, proven experience in marketing coordination or project management, and strong understanding of media planning and creative asset delivery.

A natural organiser with great stakeholder management skills and proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or similar is highly desirable.
